Our reimbursement procedure is now paperless! Requests must include legible copies of all applicable receipts, which can be uploaded in the request form or emailed to fhrptatreasurer@gmail.com (please note that there is a file size limit in the form, so if your images will not upload please send them as email attachments instead). Please use this link to complete an online reimbursement request.
